Part One: Let’s Get Started
I’m going to give you the tools to rebuild your life and make your life truly worth living. I’ll show you how I emerged from the most difficult period of my life to a much stronger, more creative and happier existence.
First you must let go of any painful past circumstance and forget the regretful and sorrow filled moments. Don’t let the painful moments from out of your past discourage you and bring you down. Feel every moment that life has to offer and give every event, thought and idea a life with its own meaning. Learn something new and positive everyday so that you’ll gain a higher understanding of all things and learn that all things are the birth or death of life’s very existence.
There is no real reason why our lives should be cloudy or unsuccessful because real life is always new and right now. The task is to unleash the power that we all have hidden inside of us. The power to change our way of thinking from negative to positive thoughts at all times. Dare to go beyond yourself to find this ever-present awesome power.
Wouldn’t it be wonderful to view life as a new you every moment. Free of the heartaches and disappointments that preceded your new birth, where every relationship begins for the first time. The power hidden within you can make this a reality.
It is time to change your way of thinking and break the negative habits of skepticism and denial. Make it your mission in life by using your own intuitive to uplift yourself, your family and your friends. Deepen your insight and discover a newer and happier way of life. Don’t be content with what life has to offer, you can extend yourself and move on. Be aware of the unforeseen mysteries and coincidences life encounters and become the master of your own destiny.
You can project your energy by focusing your attention in a desirable direction and then make the energy flow. The positive changes you make by changing your undesirable habits, using Cashes Secrets can be everlasting. Nothing could be simpler.
The solution is to cultivate your desires and establish a connection with your Infinite Intelligence. Show unconditional love, extend your perception of the beauty life has to offer and lift yourself to a higher awareness. There is a suppressed power in your mind that with the proper techniques can be released to affect what occurs in the future. This power is linked with faith, prayer and the power of positive thinking. Prayer is the power of intention and can strengthen our motives and give us a clear vision of the past, the present and the future.
Stop for a moment and become conscious of the fact that something new and wonderful has already taken place in your life. As you read my written word you are unconsciously changing the destiny of your life.
You might ask yourself, is all of this possible if so what has kept me from living this way? The answer is quite simple; you have never been introduced to this concept of life. Now that you know you will start changing, your subconscious mind will make sure of it. Nothing on earth or in heaven can stop you from leaving the past and making a brand new beginning. The mind the body and the spirit all work together to set the destiny of your life journey.
Why do some people appear to have all the good luck and others have all the bad luck? It should be obvious; it’s all in your way of thinking. The subconscious mind feeds the conscious mind the thoughts that create habits negative or positive. Positive habits can maintain a healthy body and strengthen your spirit. All the successful people that I know, unconsciously or consciously, are feeding their minds with the thoughts and ideas that generate positive actions and get positive results.
I’m going to give you a simple exercise that will help you get rid of your bad habits and replace them with good positive habits. This will be the first of many exercises that I will introduce on your journey through Cashes Secrets.
This exercise will help you commit to your goals, start the action to achieve your desires and help you change negative habits into positive habits.
(1) Make yourself completely aware of what you are trying to achieve and make it a definite goal. Picture your life as you want it to be. Paint that picture permanently in your mind.
(2) Keep in mind that you don’t get something for nothing. What are you willing to give in return for this gift?
(3) Establish a date, time and place that this will happen.
(4) Establish a definite goal and make a plan for carrying it out. Begin at once whether you are ready or not. Take action.
(5)Write out your plan and be concise. Describe every detail. What you will do to achieve it? What you will give in return? When will it happen?
(6) Read your written word aloud, twice daily, once in the morning and once at night. As you read, see, feel and believe that you are all ready there.
The affirmations you feed to your subconscious mind are called positive resources.
It is important that you follow these instructions. The object is to want this more than anything and become so determined that you will have it, that it becomes an obsession.
At the beginning of this exercise I made the comment that this exercise would help you commit to your goals. Since I consider goal setting a major factor in achieving success we are going to discuss the importance of goals in Part Two of Cashes Secrets.
Part Two: Setting Goals
I can’t stress enough the importance of setting goals. I would like you to spend a substantial amount of time and effort establishing your goals. Finding success in whatever you endeavor is why it’s so important to set goals and make plans to carry them out. You could say that goals are the keys that will open the doors to your dreams.
Actually goals are nothing more than realistic dreams put into words and the plan is putting those words into action. Put your dreams in writing and then develop a time frame in which to accomplish them. Most people spend more time dreaming of success then they do planning for success. It is my opinion that to be a schemer is much better than being a dreamer.
I'm sure that you will find as I have found that all of the rich and famous and those truly successful have set goals to get them where they are today.
There are two kinds of goals that I want you to work on. First short term goals (goals that you want to reach in a year) and second long term goals (goals that are extended five years or more).
Make a list of all the things that you want to achieve at the end of one year. Make it flexible and as realistic as possible. Don't waste your time planning for something that is out of reach or improbable. However set your goals high and reach for the sky.
By writing your goals down and displaying them in plain view where you can read them several times each day your sub conscious mind will absorb them and consequently you'll become more accountable for them. Sharing you goals with another person can also increase your commitment.
The winners are people who experience success by doing a lot of goal setting. They use setting goals to learn new skills and gain experience. Once they've achieved a goal, they pick another. For the successful people, goal setting never stops. Goal setting is like buying real estate, after you reach the first horizon all other horizons come easier.
Did you ever wonder why the rich keep getting richer and more powerful? It's because they set goals and make the right plans to achieve those goals.
Get into the habit of setting and achieving your goals, by knowing specifically what you want to accomplish, you will know where you have to focus your efforts. You'll also quickly spot the distractions that would otherwise detour you from your objective.
The reward is yours but first you must labor, plant your thoughts and ideas, harvest them and watch them grow; remember you will sow in tears before you reap with joy.
You can put your thoughts and ideas down in black and white or whatever color you prefer. You’ll find it fun and challenging and best of all easy.
If you are like most the people I know you learn best by having someone show you the way. I won’t tell you what to do, I’ll show you how to do it and then it’s up to you.
The way you think can make or break a dream. The power of thought, used the right way, will let you accomplish what most people would say is impossible. That is why in the next part of Cashes Secrets we are going to discuss the power of positive thought and ideas.
Part Three: Mind Power
Let me congratulate you for seeking information that will improve your way of living. I’m sure it was quite by accident that you found Cashes Secrets but you’ve stumbled into the right place. With a little bit of my help and your determination there’s no way you can lose.
It is important for you to dream big and set positive goals for what you're seeking to accomplish. I don’t want you to miss out on your own true potential. Nothing is impossible it’s up to you to make it possible.
Once you know what you want, the next step is to manifest it into your life. This can easily be done by using several of the techniques that I’ll be introducing in Cashes Secrets.
Each day a new door opens to all kinds of experiences and challenges. Meet the day with a smile and say to yourself that nothing no matter how big or how small will pass your attention. Meet all the challenges it brings head on and quench your thirst with its knowledge. Remind yourself that today will be a glorious day.
Frame of mind is a powerful tool and when used with optimism it can make your trip to success so much easier.
In my mind there’s a picture of the pessimist who sees the difficulty in every opportunity as opposed to the optimist who sees the opportunity in every difficulty. Another good thing to keep in mind is...All things turn out best for the people who make the best out of the way things turn out.
There are five things in my life that I consider to be my most valuable assets and they all are fed and nourished by my way of thinking. The first is my health and frame of mind. The second is of course financial freedom; I need that to sustain and maintain all of my assets. The third is my family their comfort, health, happiness and all around well being. The fourth is my friends to share my success with and the fifth is the power of positive thinking. I keep all five assets deposited in my bank of life. Like the body the mind and the spirit all of my assets feed upon each other.
Success, whether measured in business, family or love, is often determined by the right attitude. Unfortunately, maintaining that proper frame of mind, a positive attitude, isn't always easy. Sometimes, in spite of our best efforts, Life just seems intent on bringing us down.
Inspiration, however, is rarely far away - if we are but willing to look for it. No one is ever born into Life alone. Everyone has shared the bond of family, at least at birth, and for many people it is a bond that will follow them throughout life. For many people it is the most important bond of all.
No one person can ever experience all that life has to offer. It is only through sharing experiences, feelings and insights that we can hope to grow beyond our own meager lifetime.”
I have used subliminal messages throughout my entire text. If you don’t know what a subliminal message is. Let me explain; self hypnosis, auto-suggestion, meditation and reminiscing are steps that I use to help you feed positive messages into your subconscious mind, messages that can later be fed to your conscious mind. However subliminal messages fed into your subconscious mind bypassing your conscious mind give me a certain amount of control.
It is my educated opinion that by capturing your attention with an interesting article, phrase or word I can make your mind susceptible to embedded messages.
By reading my book you are unconsciously opening your mind to suggestion. All I have to do is capture that moment and feed positive thoughts into your mind.
I’ve spent countless hours perfecting this method and I know that by putting the right power words and phrases in the right places I can transmit my thought to your thought.
Since the object of my intention is to change your negative thoughts into positive thoughts I’ve hidden subliminal messages all through my text.
Perception of subliminal messages is a type of subconscious cognition. Unlike unconscious tasks such as listening to one voice out of many in a crowded room or keeping track of a certain sound in a noisy environment, subliminal message cognition cannot be done consciously. A simple example would be breathing It isn’t necessary to be aware of one’s breathing, it is a normal reaction.
Proponents of the power of subliminal messages claim they gain influence or power from the fact that they can avoid the critical functions of the conscious mind, and therefore subliminal suggestions are potentially more powerful than ordinary suggestions.
Of course all of this is my conjecture but if it works (and it does) don’t knock it. I honestly feel that if you were to read my book over and over many times that you would find success without any conscious effort.
Here is how it works, subliminal messages give positive affirmations and send them directly to the subconscious mind, bypassing the more critical conscious mind. The subconscious then follows these commands to produce powerful and exciting changes in the way that you think, quicker than anything you can imagine
Subliminal power works by inserting positive thoughts in hidden power words while you are reading my text. My messages are completely unobtrusive; in fact, you probably won't even notice most of them even though I’ve made you aware.
It's as though your core being and thought processes have been transformed - and you're beginning to feel more freedom and comfort with each reading.
Your subconscious will take my powerful suggestions and begin to make lasting changes in your life. You'll become more contented and less vulnerable.
You might think that by my using subliminal messages I have invaded your person. Change your way of thinking you are here to get help and I'm here to help you.
In theory one can influence behavior by secretly appealing to the subconscious mind with words and images.
There is a popular belief that subliminal messages are a bunch of nonsense and there's no empirical support for their usefulness Advertisers have tried to manipulate consumer behavior by hiding subliminal messages in their ads. There have been claims that they work but no evidence to substantiate these claims.
There is still a great amount of research to be done in this area but let me assure you subliminal messages do work. I use them all the time in my book and in my exercises…
Be successful and use positive affirmations and positive visualizations to send subliminal messages to your subconscious mind. I’ve given you several simple but powerful exercises that work. However, there are many factors which affect the effectiveness of subliminal messages.
Always refer to yourself as the first person using the pronouns I or me. Your message should always be in the present tense and you should always be positive never be negative.
Prompt your mind about the things you do want take care not to remind it of the things you do not want. For example when making a recording for self suggestion never say, “I do not want or I am not” this will leave a negative and unproductive image in the mind. Of course this would apply to written messages as well as recorded messages.
You should experiment for yourself and it is best to personalize the messages to yourself and your own situation. Your subconscious mind works in the present only so the messages should be in the present tense.

Here’s what a good and a bad example is when using your own subliminal messages:
Good: You should use the first person (I am successful and happy), current tense (I am successful and happy), positive affirmations (I am successful and happy).
(This positive affirmation would have a direct impact on the image which your mind will conjure up when you read the message).
Bad: You should be careful not to use negative affirmations (I am not unhappy) because these remind you of negative thoughts.
(This negative affirmation would leave an unhelpful image in your subconscious mind.)
Let’s do the simple writing exercise using positive subliminal messages. Write for 15 minutes and repeat the exercise everyday for the next 5 days.
When writing about an affirmation make sure you use the example I just gave.
(1) Choose the most stressful event or problem you currently face. It’s usually one that you frequently dwell upon.
(2) If your current problems stem from past circumstance, write about traumatic events
(3) Don’t hold anything back, let it all out. Write down everything you feel and why you feel the way you do.
(4) Write for you not to please others.
(5) Use positive affirmations
(6) Don’t worry about proper English, grammar or sentence structure.
(7) Keep writing until your allotted time is used up.
Remember this exercise will work wonders
Having wealth and fame is a wonderful achievement, but let me remind you that monetary gain is not always the answer for being a success. Happiness, serenity, and integrity, are just a few of the measurements to success.
The ideal solution is to find success in all things.
Staying fit mentally and physically takes a lifelong commitment involving time and effort. Exercising the mind and body has to be done regularly without question.
Being happy and healthy is a positive resource that can easily be planted in your subconscious mind. Convincing yourself of all the benefits of a healthy mind and body by using self suggestion techniques will insure your success.
The following exercise is a relaxation exercise that I use to prepare my students for all mind enhancing exercises.
Relaxation
(1) Go to a comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed, relax in any comfortable chair or lie down on your bed. Beautiful music in the back ground can add to the effectiveness of this exercise by giving each step rhythm.
(2) Shut your eyes and try to rid your mind of any hostile feelings. At first, you will find it difficult not to think. Thoughts and Ideas will keep intruding. When this happens, don't try to force the thoughts out. Observe them, and let them slowly fade away.
(3) Now let’s get rid of the tension in your body. Beginning with your toes, imagine the tension slowly falling away and vanishing. Imagine it freeing each body part one at a time starting with your toes and working its way up your body. Visualize each part of your body becoming lighter and lighter as the tension is removed. Relax your toes, then your feet. Continue with your calves, thighs, hips, stomach and so on, until you've relaxed each portion, including your face and head.
(4) Take slow, deep breaths. When you exhale, see the tension and negativity leaving in a dark cloud. As you inhale, see the air returning as a bright force filled with life and energy.
(5) Appreciate the fact that you are now extremely relaxed. Imagine you are at the top of a flight of 10 stairs. Picture every detail of this scene from the top to the bottom. Tell yourself that you are going to descend the stairs, counting each step down, starting at 10. Picture each number in your mind. Imagine that each number you count is further down and one step closer to the bottom. After each number, you will feel yourself drifting further and further into deep relaxation. As you take each step, imagine the feel of the step under your feet. Keep counting and stepping down until you reach the bottom. Once you reach the bottom imagine that you are happy and relaxed.
(6) At this point, you should begin to address the issue you're concerned about. Speak in the present tense. Your subconscious mind does not understand negatives in speech - avoid using statements with negative implications such as "I don't want to be a failure." Instead, say, "I am calm and relaxed and success isn‘t my problem." Examples of positive statements "I am strong and I won‘t surrender to weakness," "I am successful and positive," and, if you have pain, "I feel wonderful today in every way."
Repeat your statements to yourself as many times as you wish.
(7) When you are satisfied, say to yourself that you will now count upwards to 10 from 0, and when you reach the number 10, you will slowly rise back to normal consciousness and remain calm and relaxed.
I don’t expect this exercise to work for you the first time you try it, very few people find success on their first attempt. Personally I tried it five or six times before it successfully worked for me. You need to have faith that it will work and learn to concentrate entirely upon what you are doing. Once it starts working it will work every time
