The Commerce Department estimates that US retail e-commerce sales for the first quarter totaled $19.8 billion on a seasonally adjusted basis. On an unadjusted basis, sales for the quarter totaled $19.2 billion.
Fact For the full year, eMarketer expects online retail sales to rise 22.1%, reaching a total of $84.5 million.
